Things You Need To Know About Buying A Home

Buying a home is a huge financial and personal decision. You have access to all sorts of information. But is it correct? Is it complete? Is anyone hiding anything? How do you put it all together and make the best decision for you?

  • EIFS (synthetic stucco) - EIFS is insulation board, made of polystyrene or polyisocyanurate foam, which is secured to the exterior wall surface with a specially formulated adhesive and/or mechanical attachment. there can be moisture issues with this product if not maintained properly.
